Canopy is a small but mighty team of 22, with an office in Brooklyn, NY, where most of us are based. Fun fact: Canopy is a true start-up, and we have only been around for roughly 5 years.

Hi, I am Rachel! I live in Los Angeles, California, about a mile from the beach, and I joined the Canopy team 2.5 years ago. My role here is to help spread the brand love. When I'm not emailing you all, you can find me working on campaigns for new product launches or digging into which products are customer favorites. Right now I'm brainstorming brand collabs and swag for 2027. Have a collab idea? My inbox is always open.

My current favorite product is our original Showerhead, and my favorite aroma is the new Garden Aroma Kit. The Tomato scent is a dream.

Outside of Canopy I love to read (I'm in a monthly romance book club), I started playing pickleball last year, and I'm a huge foodie who loves to cook. You can find my book recs and food pics on Instagram!

Hey! My name is Paloma. I'm based in Mexico City and originally from Costa Rica. I've worked as an influencer and as an independent influencer manager, and now I'm the Influencer Marketing Coordinator here at Canopy. I started in December 2025 and immediately fell in love with the products. I'm officially addicted to my humidifier and water filters, and my favorite aromas are Smoke Suede and Vanilla Noir (sometimes I mix them and feel like a total wizard).

My job is to help Rachel spread the Canopy love as your direct point of contact: choosing who receives our next PR boxes and coordinating what goes in them. I also built this hub you're visiting right now, so if you have questions or anything to flag, I'm your person.

Fun facts: I have a small Pomeranian named Elvira, a total diva. I make music in my free time and love padel and hiking. If you're here it's because I love your content, so don't be scared to say hi!
